We’ve been asked to recruit a Senior Finance Manager for a business based in Kettering.

It has been signed off as a 12-month FTC however, it is very likely that this role will develop into a permanent position.
Day to day, working closely with the Group Finance Director you’ll take ownership of the overall finance integration, ensuring alignment of processes, reporting, and controls following the recent TUPE transfer.
What they need is someone who’s commercial with a solid background in management accounts and financial reporting.
In terms of your background, you’ll need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have strong experience with systems, ideally Sage200, including system changes, migrations, or integrations.
We’ve supported them with recruitment before; this is a business who have gone from strength to strength – they have money in the bank and no fires to put out.
