360-Recruitment is working with an ambitious and expanding firm of Chartered Accountants in Nottingham. They have a newly created vacancy for a Semi-Senior / Practice Accountant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be driven and possess the ability to prioritise a varied workload across all services, demonstrating broad accounting knowledge. Comfort in client communication is essential. The role will encompass:
- Tax returns
- Statutory Accounts
- Capital Gains returns
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping
- Service charge accounting (previous experience not required)
Proficiency with Xero software is preferred.
The firm offers study support for AAT or ACCA qualifications, with a salary of up to £32,000 depending on skills and experience.
This is a fully office-based role located in Nottingham City Centre. After a successful probation period, there is flexibility to accommodate family commitments with occasional work-from-home days.
It’s a friendly team environment, with quarterly team events. Employee retention is exceptionally high. Car parking can also be made available, and the office is welcoming and modern.
We are looking for a self-starter who is flexible, comfortable switching between tasks, and able to manage changing deadlines and workloads, as the firm is currently experiencing a period of significant growth.
