Ready to step up into a Partner role?
We are recruiting for a Top 40 firm of Accountants that is looking for someone to join and head up one of their newly acquired offices.
The merger is the exit plan for the existing Partner, there will be a full handover of clients and they will stay within the business for as long as required.
Currently one of the smaller offices of the firm, the office has a portfolio of owner managed businesses, 8 staff members and a turnover of circa £900,000 p/a.
The beauty of joining this company is that you can offer the personal service that the clients look for with the support from the wider team.
The company provides all the back office support you need, everything from HR and Recruitment through to tapping into specialist expertise such as Tax Planning, R&D and Audit.
Although being part of a larger firm, you will still get to run this office and portfolio as you see fit. … You’ll have full autonomy to shape the team, service lines and fees.
Roles like this do not come around very often. … This will be the smoothest transition from Director to Partner that is possible.
There is no need to buy-in, build a portfolio or any other hoops that people normally have to go through, and you will have everything you need from the support of the other nearby offices and Partners.
In terms of salary, depending on what level you join at, the banding is circa £90,000 to £100,000 p/a. … To give an idea of how this will expand over time, there is someone who joined the company a few years ago at a similar level and they are now taking home around £180,000 p/a.
