This is a newly created position to work closely with the Director where you’ll be the go-to person for financial clarity, project insight and commercial control.
As this is a brand-new position, you’ll have the autonomy to really make this role your own…
In terms of your background, you’ll need to have experience across all areas of finance and accounting including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
The business is doing really well and has ambitious plans for further growth…They are looking for someone driven, who wants to be part of the journey and grow with the business.
Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing;
· Provide commercial financial insight to support strategic business decisions and drive business performance.
· Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Support pricing strategies, cost management and margin improvement initiatives.
· Produce monthly management accounts and ensure the accounts department is running smoothly.
