We’re recruiting a stand-alone Finance Manager position where you’ll work closely with the Directors.
As this is a newly created position, you’ll have the autonomy to really make this role your own.
You’ll be the go-to person for financial clarity, project insight and commercial control. That means real involvement, real influence and a genuine opportunity to grow your career quickly.
In terms of your background, ideally, you’ll be AAT qualified, perhaps even part qualified in ACCA/CIMA. You will also need to have experience in engineering, construction or a project-based sector.
Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing…
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Present performance and trends to the senior team
- Work directly with directors to support planning and decision making
- Create cash flow forecasts for projects and the whole company
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers with payment queries
