Senior Tax Manager

  • Full Time
  • Northampton
  • £70,000 to £90,000 p/a USD / Year
  • Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 p/a

Chances are, if you are currently working within a firm of Accountants as a Tax Manager you might have already had a discussion about making the next step up to either a Director or a Partner.

I guarantee this company will make it happen faster.

This is a newly created position to head up their Tax Department and you will have free reign to shape their tax services and pricing. … They already have a good client base and you will work with a range of businesses from £1M up to £40M t/o.

Leaning more towards a Corporate Tax position, they have a team that covers the compliance and you will get to work with the existing clients to discuss potential tax planning solutions and lead the projects.

They suspect that the bulk of the role will comprise of the following…

  • Marketing, networking, and selling the full range of the firm’s services
  • Preparing share valuations reports for employee share schemes
  • Advising on corporate restructures, share reorganisations, business acquisitions and succession planning for OMB’s
  • Delivering R&D tax credit claims

If you are CTA qualified and ready to make the move into the Partnership within 6 – 12 months, I am keen to have a conversation with you.

The mechanics of joining the Partnership will be very simple here, they offer a salaried route that leads into an equity role so there is no need to ‘put-in’ of build something from scratch so it is probably one of the better structures available.

For more information, please apply straight away, or contact Ed Bozman at 360-Recruitment and we will be able to go through the role and company in more detail. … Even if you don’t have a CV, just get in touch and we can just have a conversation first.
