We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator to join a well-established company in south Leicestershire. This role requires approximately 20 hours of work per week.
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and driven individual who is eager to join a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software.
- Managing Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger tasks.
- Performing general Finance Administration duties.
- Assisting with Credit Control
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, or similar position.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and personable.
- If you have worked with Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero this would be desirable
Details of the Role:
The pay rate is up to £15 per hour. The company is flexible and can split the 20 hours across four or five days per week, making this an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role that fits around other commitments, such as school hours.
