This role has been a long time coming…
The company we are recruiting for has almost doubled in size every year of trading and is now set to have a turnover of around £90M.
They have a small accounts team already but what they need is someone to come in at the top.
It’s a newly created Financial Controller position to head up the Accounts Department, shape the team and work with the Directors to steer the company commercially.
It’s a big role and you will have a blank canvas to work with.
Roles like this don’t come around very often but it is an ideal position for someone who either has experience in a similar role or someone looking to step up to progress their career as the number 1 in finance.
