All audit roles are the same aren’t they?

The company we are recruiting for have changed the way they work over the last two years and this is a newly created position to add structure to the team.
Which has given them the chance to review and finalise their flexible working arrangement going forward.
You can work from home and the office as almost a 50/50 split… When you are in the office though, they have flexi-time, so you can shape your own working hours to start later or finish earlier.
The pay isn’t bad either, offering a starting salary of circa £45,000 to £50,000 p/a plus a 10% annual bonus, they also provide a welcome payment of £2000 in your first pay packet.
That equates to about £52,000 to £57,000 p/a in your first year.
You’ll be joining a technically strong team that appreciates a work-life balance … A more ‘grown up’ working environment, you’ll have a level of autonomy that you just don’t get in the larger firms..
