Position: US Tax Manager – Corporation Tax

A leading top 10 firm is seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to join its growing corporation tax team in the Cayman Islands or Bermuda. This role combines high-level technical work with the unique lifestyle benefits of living offshore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex US corporate tax filings and consulting projects.
- Deliver ASC 740 tax provisions for multinational clients.
- Develop strong client relationships across asset management and corporate sectors.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent with 5+ years of US corporate tax experience in public accounting or a professional services firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of US inbound/outbound taxation.
- Experience with investment funds or multinational corporations preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
