Your Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Tax Management, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
– The preparation and review of U.S. tax returns for insurance companies, investment funds and other U.S. tax filings
– Conducting U.S. tax research and drafting tax technical research
– The preparation of presentation materials for the marketing of U.S. tax services
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. taxation with a focus on partnerships and corporations, ideally within an international accounting firm.
– Compliance and consulting experience with financial services such as, hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and captive insurance is desired.
