Your Role and Responsibilities:
– Assisting the U.S. Tax Partner by providing a high level of tax knowledge and understanding.
– Supervise the preparation of US income tax returns. Tax reporting areas can include insurance, hedge funds and private equity funds.
– Advising and guiding clients on U.S. income tax reporting to ensure compliance.
– This role will include supervision of tax staff and providing tax advisory services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in U.S. taxation with a focus on corporations, ideally within an international accounting firm.
– Significant compliance and consulting experience with financial services such as investment partnerships, hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and captive insurance
