We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Processor to join a well-established, friendly accountancy firm based in Spalding.
You’ll be joining a team that supports a variety of clients across the East of England, handling payroll, pensions, and auto-enrolment duties. If you’ve got experience running payroll from start to finish and want to work somewhere that values development, flexibility, and work-life balance – keep reading!
What you’ll be doing:
- Running weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls for a range of clients
- Inputting variable pay like overtime, bonuses, and expenses
- Handling statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)
- Submitting RTI returns to HMRC
- Processing auto-enrolment and pension contributions
- Dealing with payroll queries from clients and team members
- Keeping payroll systems and client records up to date
What they’re looking for:
- Someone with solid experience in end-to-end payroll with practice experience.
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Confident using payroll software and dealing directly with clients
- A proactive, helpful attitude
