The company we are recruiting for does exactly this… They are a care home that works closely with donors to make sure that the money spent makes a positive impact on the residents.
They need a Finance Manager/Company Accountant, someone who can work closely with the Board of Trustees and the Residential Manager managing the day-to-day running of the Accounts Department, overseeing the timely processing of all the financial transactions.
An ideal opportunity for an experienced Accountant / Finance Manager to work in a Senior position where you can put your experience to good use.
This will be a busy and very hands-on role, but extremely rewarding…

· Operate and maintain Sage Accounts 50 for Main Home Accounts
· Budgeting and Annual Reports
· Operate & maintain Sage Payroll 50 for the Home’s payrolls
· Operate and maintain Charities Bank Accounts
· Conduct Initial financial reviews
· Oversee the Finance Administrator
As well as skill set, personality is key for this role…You’ll need to be personable and have an empathetic nature due to the environment.
