We have been asked to recruit for a company in Oakham who need an Administrator to join their team…
You will be part of a growing company where you will be able to get involved with different aspects of the business, giving you plenty of variety.
Below is a small overview of the role, a more detailed job description will be provided when you apply.
- Checking and approving worker timesheets
- Checking entries on the system for accuracy
- Research and resolve timesheet/payroll problems / Dealing with ad hoc queries daily
- Invoicing clients based on timesheet submissions
- Reconciling company bank account
Having good customer service skills is a must, as you will be dealing with people daily. Ideally you will have some experience of working in an administrative position and have good IT skills.
